Eng.Co Group operates under the strictest code of ethical standards governed by our Code of Ethics Policy, not only to comply with the laws and regulations in the countries we do business, but because it is at the core of our company values. These standards, adopted and administered by Eng.Co Group Senior Leadership Team, uphold the values of human rights, labour, the environment and anti-corruption.

Bribery & Corruption

Anti-corruption practices are an essential component of our compliance program, given that we operate globally and in many challenging environments. Eng.Co Group finds every incident of bribery or corruption, no matter how small, to be unacceptable and subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination, personal fines and in some cases legal prosecution and imprisonment. Our Anti-Corruption & Bribery Policy complies with  the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the UK Bribery Act, and other anti-corruption laws, while defining clear standards and procedures that our employee’s, collaborators and partners can apply to every business environment and context.

Training & Development

All Eng.Co Group employees, collaborators, contractors and partners are required to undertake training modules and refresher training modules with regard to Code of Ethics and Bribery & Corruption at regular intervals throughout their tenure with the Company.

Open-door Communications

All Eng.Co Group employees, collaborators, contractors and partners are expected to report promptly to management suspected violations of law and company policies, so that management can take appropriate investigation and corrective action.
